Common subscription statuses
Section titled “Common subscription statuses”Pending The request was sent and is waiting for review. This label appears in Passenger and admin-facing views.
Approved / Active The person can already use the route. In Passenger, the visible badge is Activa.
Rejected The request was not approved.
Expired The invitation or shared access is no longer valid. It can also appear as the message La invitación ha expirado.
Route statuses
Section titled “Route statuses”Active The route is enabled for operation. This state appears in Admin and Driver.
Inactive The route is not available for normal operation.
Public It can be found through search or a Código de acceso.
Private Access is more controlled and may depend on invitation, assignment, or approval. These routes are commonly used for school transport, company services, or other operations where only people with a prior agreement with the carrier can board.
Operational statuses
Section titled “Operational statuses”Active trip The vehicle is currently operating a route and enables features such as Tracking en vivo.
No connection Live tracking is not communicating at that moment. This text appears in Passenger and Admin connection states.
Reconnecting The system is trying to restore communication automatically.
Conectando… Initial state while the view is trying to open the live connection.
Invitation statuses
Section titled “Invitation statuses”Pending invitation The invitation exists but has not yet been accepted or resolved.
Accepted The person completed the expected action for that invitation.
Cancelled The invitation was withdrawn by the person who created or manages it.
Empty and error states
Section titled “Empty and error states”Ruta no encontrada The tracking screen could not resolve the current route.
Sin abordajes The history view has no recorded events for the current context.
Reintentar Action shown on multiple screens when loading fails and the user can try again without leaving.
