In Gestión de Pasajeros, you can manage subscriptions and invitations from a single view.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Section header:
- Title: Gestión de Pasajeros
- Subtitle: Consulta y administra los pasajeros e invitaciones
- Main action: + Agregar pasajero
You can also search with:
- Buscar por nombre, email o ruta…
And filter by:
- Type: Todos (suscripciones e invitaciones) / Solo suscripciones / Solo invitaciones
- Status: Activo / Pendiente / Aceptada invitación / Rechazado / Revocado
- Route: Todas las rutas
The screen also shows state summary cards:
- Activos
- Pendientes
- Invit. Aceptadas
- Rechazados
- Revocados
Actions per passenger
Section titled “Actions per passenger”Depending on status, you will see actions such as:
- Aprobar
- Rechazar
- Revocar
- Reactivar
- Cancelar invitación
- Eliminar
When a subscription is revoked, the system shows confirmation titled Revocar suscripción. For expired invitations, the available action is typically Eliminar.
Recommended flow
Section titled “Recommended flow”- Find the passenger with search.
- Review current status.
- Execute the corresponding action.
- If manual enrollment is needed, use + Agregar pasajero.
