Driver App · Route operations

1. Open Mis Rutas

From the bottom navigation, open Rutas and go to Mis Rutas.

Select your assigned route to open the detail screen and the main operation button.

2. Start the trip

In the detail screen, tap Iniciar Recorrido.

You will see a confirmation dialog:

Title: Iniciar Recorrido
Action: Iniciar
Exit option: Cancelar

After starting, the operation switches to active mode with En ejecución status indication, and live GPS tracking is activated.

3. Controls during operation

Main button: QR Scanner

Once the trip starts, the map shows a large central button just above the bottom panel. Use it to scan a passenger’s QR code and automatically register their boarding.

Secondary boarding buttons

On both sides of the map you will see quick-access buttons:

Expected passengers (left) — opens the list of passengers with active subscriptions and lets you register manual boardings.
On board (left, below the above) — shows the count of passengers currently in the vehicle.
Alighting (right) — registers a passenger leaving the vehicle.

Next stop card

Above the secondary buttons you will see the Next Stop card with information about the upcoming scheduled stop and the passengers boarding there. Tap the header to minimize it if you need a better view of the map.

Bottom panel

The fixed panel at the bottom of the screen contains additional actions:

Invite passengers — share the subscription link for the route.
Generate QR — display the vehicle’s QR code for passengers without the app to scan.
Stops — browse the list of stops for the trip.
My location — re-center the map on your current position.

4. Finish the trip

When service is complete, tap Finalizar Recorrido.

You will see confirmation with:

Title: Finalizar Recorrido
Action: Finalizar
Exit option: Cancelar

After confirmation, the app shows Recorrido finalizado.
