1. Create your account

Open the Util Transport app on your device. On login you will see Util Transport with subtitle Pasajero.

Tap Regístrate to go to the registration screen.

Fill in the fields:

• Nombre completo — your full name.
• Correo electrónico — your email address.
• Contraseña and Confirmar contraseña — choose a secure password.

Tap Crear cuenta to continue.

You can also sign up quickly using:

• Continue with Google — available on Android and iOS.
• Continue with Apple — available on iPhone/iPad only.

When using Google or Apple, your account is created automatically with the associated email.

Already have an account? Use the Iniciar sesión button on the main screen.

2. Verify your email address

You will receive an email from Util Transport with a verification link.

Follow these steps:

1. Open your inbox.
2. Find the email from Util Transport.
3. Tap the verification link.
4. Return to the app and tap Ya verifiqué mi correo.

If you did not receive it, tap Reenviar correo de verificación and check your spam folder.

3. Sign in

On the main screen enter:

• Correo electrónico — your registered email.
• Contraseña — your password.

Tap Iniciar sesión. If you forgot your password, use the ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña? link.

You can also sign in with Google or Apple if you registered your account with one of these methods.

If you need account recovery:

1. Open ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?
2. You will see the Recuperar contraseña screen
3. Enter your email and tap Enviar enlace
4. On success, you will see Correo enviado and Volver al login
