Passenger App · Live route tracking
From Mis rutas, when you select a route, the real-time tracking screen opens.
What you will see
Section titled “What you will see”- Title with route name (or Detalle de ruta)
- Map with stops and active drivers
- Route header with origin/destination and stop count
- Connection state: En vivo, Conectando…, Reconectando…, or Sin conexión
Drivers panel
Section titled “Drivers panel”At the bottom you will see Conductores activos.
- If no units are active: No hay conductores activos en esta ruta.
- Tapping a driver centers the map on their position.
Proximity alerts
Section titled “Proximity alerts”When available, you will see a banner with approximate distance to your stop (meters or kilometers).
Boarding QR
Section titled “Boarding QR”Use the floating button with tooltip Mostrar QR de abordaje to open Mi QR de abordaje.
Errors or loading states
Section titled “Errors or loading states”- If route data is missing: Ruta no encontrada.
- If coming from list view and you do not have routes yet, check My subscribed routes.
