Admin Web · Route assignments
This flow connects planning with daily operation by defining who runs each route.
Objective
Section titled “Objective”Ensure every active route has a valid assignment for its service window.
Recommended flow
Section titled “Recommended flow”- Open Asignaciones.
- In the Asignaciones a Rutas tab, click + Asignar a Ruta.
- In the Asignar a ruta modal, select Ruta.
- Choose assignment mode:
- Par asignado (Unidad + Conductor)
- Selección manual
- Set Fecha inicio (required) and Fecha fin (opcional).
- Confirm with Asignar a ruta.
- Verify the record appears with columns Conductor / Unidad / Desde / Hasta.
Key screen elements:
- Search input: Buscar por ruta, conductor o unidad…
- Route status by group: Activa / Inactiva
- Per-route action: + Agregar conductor a esta ruta
- Per-record action: Desasignar (removal confirmation)
Common modal validations:
- Selecciona una ruta
- Selecciona un par conductor + unidad
- Selecciona una unidad
- Selecciona un conductor
- La fecha de inicio es requerida
Operational checks
Section titled “Operational checks”- If a duplicate error appears, the system blocks assigning the same pair on the same route.
- Use Par asignado to speed up setup when the driver-unit relation already exists.
- Use Selección manual when you need a specific one-off combination.
