Admin Web · Add passenger to route

Use this flow when operations require adding a passenger to a route from the admin panel.

When to use it

Section titled “When to use it”
  • Assisted operational onboarding.
  • Same-day access correction.
  • Admin-controlled route access.
Section titled “Recommended flow”
  1. Open Gestión de Pasajeros or the route passenger panel.
  2. Click Agregar pasajero to open Agregar pasajero a ruta.
  3. Fill required fields: Ruta, Nombre completo, and Email.
  4. Optionally add phone and stop address details.
  5. Confirm with Agregar pasajero.
  6. Verify result in subscribers/invitations list.

Key outcomes:

  • If the passenger already has an account, subscription is created directly.
  • If the passenger has no account yet, an invitation is generated for signup.

Checks

Section titled “Checks”
  • Confirm passenger is linked to the correct route.
  • Verify operational status allows boarding.
  • If enrollment resulted in invitation, confirm it appears under route Invitaciones.
