The Buscar Ruta screen has two tabs to find available routes.

Method 1: By code

Use the Por código tab when a company shares a route code with you. This method is commonly used for private routes, such as school transport, company services, or other operations where only people with a prior agreement with the carrier can board.

1. Enter the code in Código de acceso de la ruta (example: ABC123).
2. Tap the search button (Buscar ruta por código).
3. Review the route details.
4. Continue to the subscription flow.

Method 2: Public routes

Use the Rutas públicas tab to explore open routes.

1. Enter route name, origin, or destination in the search field.
2. The app will list matching public routes.
3. If needed, use Limpiar búsqueda to reset.

What happens next

When you select a route, the request flow opens so you can submit your subscription.

If that route is already active or pending for your account, the app blocks navigation and shows:

• Ya estás suscrito a esta ruta.
• Ya tienes una solicitud pendiente para esta ruta.

Tips

• Verify origin and destination before requesting access.
• Before you search, the empty state shows: Ingresa un código o busca rutas para ver resultados.
• If no result appears, check spelling or ask your company for a direct code.
