Driver App - Assigned Route Detail
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Assigned Route Detail screen is your information hub for each route assigned to you. It displays:
- Route general information (origin-destination, name)
- Assignment and route status
- Stops list
- Assigned vehicles
- Subscribed passengers
- Access to live tracking
The Assigned Route Detail screen
Section titled “The Assigned Route Detail screen”Collapsible header
Section titled “Collapsible header”At the top you see the blue-purple gradient containing:
- Route name: Large title that stays visible when scrolling
- {origin} → {destination}: Route line below name (e.g., “Downtown Monterrey → Airport”)
The header collapses partially when scrolling, but the route name always remains visible.
Status section (chips)
Section titled “Status section (chips)”Below the header you see a set of chips (badges) showing the current status:

| ✓ Active assignment | Your assignment is current |
| ⊘ Inactive assignment | Your assignment is not active |
| 🛣️ Active route | Route operates regularly |
| ⊗ Inactive route | Route is stopped or doesn’t operate |
| 🌐 Public | Route is open; passengers can subscribe |
| 🔒 Private | Route is invitation-only |
| 📅 From {date} | Assignment start date |
Vehicle card
Section titled “Vehicle card”If a vehicle is assigned to you, you see the details:
- Make and model
- License plate
- Current vehicle status
Live tracking card
Section titled “Live tracking card”If the route is active and vehicle is assigned, you see:
- “Iniciar Recorrido” (or “Ruta en curso” if already active)
- Tapping it accesses the detailed tracking screen
Stops timeline
Section titled “Stops timeline”A collapsible Paradas section:
- Compact view with origin and destination
- Expanded full timeline
- Per-stop labels: Origen / Destino and Parada {n}
Subscribed passengers
Section titled “Subscribed passengers”Shows a collapsible section with capacity summary:
- Title: Pasajeros suscritos
- Total and capacity counter: / {capacity} cap.
- Occupancy progress bar
- Passenger list (or empty state)
If you’re an admin or have permissions, you can view pending approval subscriptions.
Route metadata
Section titled “Route metadata”Final information:
- Capacity
- Configured stops
- Subscribed passengers
- Start and end dates (if available)
Floating button: Invite passenger
Section titled “Floating button: Invite passenger”In the bottom right corner is a blue FAB with the label:
- Icon: + Person
- Text: “Invite passenger”
Tapping it opens a modal sheet to:
- Invitar por email
- Compartir código de acceso
- Compartir QR
Typical flow
Section titled “Typical flow”- Open the “Routes” section from home
- Tap an assigned route to open its detail
- Observe the chips to confirm it’s active
- Review the stops timeline for your day’s plan
- If you need live tracking, tap “Iniciar Recorrido”
- If you want to invite passengers, tap the blue FAB
- Scroll down to see list of subscribed passengers
Use cases
Section titled “Use cases”Planning your work day
Section titled “Planning your work day”- Open your route
- Read the stops schedule
- Verify expected start time
- Confirm the assigned vehicle
Inviting missing passengers
Section titled “Inviting missing passengers”- Open the route
- Tap the blue FAB “Invite passenger”
- Copy the link or QR
- Share with potential passengers
Validating approval permissions
Section titled “Validating approval permissions”If you’re an admin and the route requires approval:
- Scroll to “Suscripciones pendientes” (when route approval is required)
- Approve or reject requests
Accessing tracking
Section titled “Accessing tracking”Once you’ve started the trip:
- Open your route detail
- Tap “Iniciar Recorrido”
- Access map with passengers in real-time
Tips and notes
Section titled “Tips and notes”- Status chip: Always verify “Active route” and “Active assignment” before leaving
- Stops: System respects order; you must drop everyone at each stop
- Floating button: Use it to recruit missing passengers before departing
- Invitations: If you share the QR, the passenger can subscribe instantly
- Scrolling: The header is sticky; you always see the route name
