This guide uses real module names and actions from the Admin panel, avoiding assumptions about hidden flows.

I cannot find a route in Gestión de Rutas

Check these controls in Gestión de Rutas:

  • Status filter (Activas / Inactivas)
  • Type filter (Públicas / Privadas)
  • Search box (Buscar por nombre o descripción…)

If nothing matches, the module shows No se encontraron rutas and provides Limpiar filtros.

From a route card, use:

  • Editar for main data
  • Editor avanzado de ruta for map/trajectory updates
  • Guardar cambios to persist updates

I cannot connect drivers, vehicles, or routes

In Asignaciones, validate both tabs:

  • Conductor ↔ Unidad
  • Asignaciones a Rutas

Use the quick actions:

  • + Conductor → Unidad
  • + Asignar a Ruta

If no records are available, the module can show No se encontraron asignaciones or No hay conductores asignados a unidades.

Check Gestión de Conductores and Gestión de Pasajeros:

  • Status filters (Activo, Pendiente, Inactivo, etc.)
  • Search by name/email/route
  • Empty states with No se encontraron resultados and Limpiar filtros

For manual enrollment, use + Agregar pasajero.

In passenger flows, open pending items (status Pendiente) and complete approve/reject actions.

I cannot sign in or recover account access

From login, use ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?.

In Configuración, check Tu perfil and save changes with Guardar perfil.

If updates do not appear yet:

  • Reload the view.
  • Retry with clean filters.
  • Confirm you pressed Guardar or Guardar cambios in the corresponding module.

Contact the technical team if:

  • The problem persists after these solutions
  • An application error appears (broken page, corrupted data)
  • You need changes to the base system configuration
