Driver App · QR boarding
Use this flow to quickly confirm boardings during route operation.
Before scanning
Section titled “Before scanning”- The route must be started.
- The passenger QR must be visible.
Recommended flow
Section titled “Recommended flow”- Open the scan action from the QR boarding button during route operation.
- Point the camera to the passenger QR.
- In scanner view, confirm the title Escanear Pasajero and instruction Apunta la cámara al código QR del pasajero.
- Wait for visual confirmation (example: {name} abordó correctamente).
- Continue with the next passenger.
If scan fails
Section titled “If scan fails”- For invalid codes, the app shows: QR inválido. No es un código de abordaje.
- Ask the passenger to increase screen brightness.
- Retry while holding the device steady.
- You can tap Escanear otro to continue scanning.
- For subscription-related errors, Abordar de todas formas may appear as a fallback.
- If it still fails, switch to manual boarding.
