Driver App · Profile and Settings

The My Profile screen centralizes all your personal information, company affiliations, location preferences, and account security settings.

At the top you see your profile photo or initials if you haven’t uploaded one yet.

Available actions:

  • Tap the avatar to open a menu with options:
    • “Take photo”: Capture a photo with your camera
    • “Choose from gallery”: Upload from your photo gallery

Automatic upload: Once selected, the image uploads and replaces your avatar on the platform.

Information you completed during onboarding:

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Address
  • Date of birth

“Edit” button: Opens a form to update this information. Some fields may not be editable (verified by the system).

About affiliations: Each route belongs to a company. Here you see all companies you work for.

For each company you see:

  • Company name
  • Logo (if it exists)
  • Status: “Activo”, “Pendiente”, “Inactivo”
  • “Unaffiliate” button: Removes your association with that company

If you’re not affiliated with any company, you’ll see: “You are not affiliated with any company.”

If another driver referred or invited you, this section appears with:

  • Referrer’s name
  • Referrer’s email

(Only if applicable to your case; some drivers have no referrer)

Referral/promotion: Here you can generate an invitation code.

  • Your referral code: Copy and share it
  • Referral QR: Tap to display full-screen QR, other drivers can scan it
  • Invitation link: Share automatically via WhatsApp, Email, etc.

When someone registers with your code, you both may receive benefits (according to your company’s policy).

GPS permission settings:

  • “Ubicación y Privacidad” card
  • Opens the Location and permissions screen where you can view and adjust how frequently the system accesses your location

Destructive action: Delete your account.

  • Red “Delete my account” button or similar
  • Will ask for confirmation by entering your password
  • Warning: This action is IRREVERSIBLE — all your data as a driver is deleted

When to use: Only if you’re no longer using the app and want to remove your complete presence from the system.

  1. Tap the menu icon → “My Profile” or similar
  2. Review your avatar and update if needed
  3. Check your Personal data for accuracy
  4. Review Affiliated companies to confirm your current status
  5. If you want to refer friends, share your referral code or QR
  6. Adjust Location if needed
  7. To exit temporarily, use the app sign-out flow from the general session options (NOT from the danger zone)
  1. Open My Profile
  2. Tap your avatar
  3. Choose “Take photo” or “Choose from gallery”
  4. Confirm and wait for upload
  5. Your new photo appears in the app
  1. Open the “Invite friends” section
  2. Copy your referral code or show the QR
  3. Share via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email
  4. The other driver uses it during their registration
  5. You both receive credit (if applicable)
  1. Go to Affiliated companies
  2. Tap the “Desafiliarme” action for that company
  3. Confirm (you won’t see that company’s routes afterwards)
  1. Go to the “Location” section
  2. Tap the button to go to Location and permissions
  3. Review what permissions you currently have
  4. Enable “always on location” if you work for this company regularly
  • Clear photo: Upload a photo where you’re clearly visible (builds trust with passengers)
  • Up-to-date data: Keep your email and address current for payouts/documentation
  • Referrals: Share your code with friends — you both benefit
  • Location: For better tracking, allow “always on location” during your work hours
  • Careful: Do NOT click “Delete my account” unless you’re sure
  • Session: If you only need to leave temporarily, use the app sign-out flow, not Delete my account
