Driver App · Getting started

On the main screen you will see Util Transport · Driver.

If you do not have an account yet, tap Regístrate and complete:

  • Nombre completo
  • Correo electrónico
  • Contraseña and Confirmar contraseña

Then tap Crear cuenta.

You can also sign up quickly using:

  • Continue with Google — available on Android and iOS.
  • Continue with Apple — available on iPhone/iPad only.

If you already have an account, sign in with Correo electrónico and Contraseña using Iniciar sesión, or use the Google or Apple buttons.

After registration you will see the Verifica tu correo electrónico screen.

  1. Check your inbox.
  2. Open the email from Util Transport.
  3. Click the verification link.
  4. Return and tap Ya verifiqué mi correo.

If you did not receive it, use Reenviar correo de verificación.

Before starting a route, the app may request background location permission. Accept it so passengers can see your live position during an active route.

In Mis Rutas, confirm you have an assigned route and vehicle. If no assignment is available, contact your administrator.

Continue with Route operations to start and finish trips correctly.
