Section titled “Frequently asked questions”Do I need an invitation to use a route? It depends on the route. Some can be found through search or Código de acceso de la ruta, while others depend on invitation or approval.
What should I do if my route does not appear? Check Mis rutas suscritas first. If the route should already be available and is missing, review the subscription state or use Reintentar when the screen offers it.
What if there is no live location? Inside Tracking en vivo you may see states such as Conectando…, Reconectando…, or Sin conexión. If the problem continues, open tracking again from the subscribed route.
Can a child travel without a phone? Yes, as long as the child is registered in Mis Tutelados and the responsible user can show the correct QR de tutelado.
How do I invite someone from the app? Use the Invita y gana card in your profile. From there you can Crear enlace, generate Nuevo enlace, open Ver todos, or go to Ver referidos.
Does deleting an invitation or link affect already active users? Deleting a link stops sharing that resource further. If people already appear in Mis referidos, they can still remain visible there once the registration already exists.
What should I include when reporting a problem? Route, approximate time, screenshot, device, and a short description of the issue.
What does Sin abordajes mean?
It means the current history view has no recorded events. If you need to show your code for boarding, open Mi QR de abordaje instead.
What should I do if I see La invitación ha expirado.?
You need a new invitation or a new valid link.
