Passenger App · Subscription request
Use this flow when you choose a route and submit your request from the Solicitar Suscripción screen.
In-app flow
Section titled “In-app flow”- From Buscar Ruta, select a route and open the subscription flow.
- In ¿Quién viajará en esta ruta?, select:
- Yo (titular)
- Or an existing dependent.
- If needed, add a new one with Agregar tutelado (hijo, familiar, etc.).
- In Selecciona tu dirección de parada, pick a saved address or use Agregar nueva dirección.
- Submit with Enviar Solicitud.
If you submit without a selected address, the app shows: Selecciona o crea una dirección de parada.
Shared link or QR flow
Section titled “Shared link or QR flow”You can also start the request from a shared link or by scanning a QR code. Both entry points use the exact same link.
- Open the shared link from chat, email, or browser, or scan the QR code with your phone camera.
- The app opens the linked route directly and takes you to the subscription flow.
- If you are not signed in yet, complete sign-in first and then continue in the same flow.
- Complete the same traveler and stop-address steps.
- Submit with Enviar Solicitud.
This flow and manual route search end in the same subscription request result.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- On success, the app shows: Solicitud enviada. El conductor revisará tu suscripción.
- The app navigates back to home with Mis rutas selected so you can track status.
- Depending on route configuration, the request can remain pending approval.
