After sending a request, use this flow to track progress from Mis rutas and from route search results.

  • In Mis rutas (screen title: Mis rutas).
  • In route cards when you search a route again.
  • Pendiente: request is still under review.
  • Activa: subscription approved.
  • Rechazada: request was not approved. If the driver included a reason, it will appear below the subscription card.
  • Revocada: access was removed.
  • Cancelada: subscription was canceled.

You will receive a push notification when your request is approved or rejected. If the notification doesn’t appear, make sure notification permissions are enabled in your device settings.

When a request is rejected and the driver wrote a comment, you will see a box with the reason directly on the subscription card within Mis rutas. This helps you understand why it was not approved and what you can correct before requesting again.

  1. If Pendiente, check again later.
  2. If Activa, use it from Mis rutas to open tracking.
  3. If Rechazada, review the rejection reason (if shown) and request again if appropriate.
  4. If Revocada, contact your company for more information.

If you have no subscriptions, the app shows: No tienes rutas suscritas.
