The Gestión de Rutas section lets you create and manage all your company’s transport routes.
Viewing your routes
Section titled “Viewing your routes”When you enter the section you will see the route list. You can filter by:
- Status — All / Activas (Active) / Inactivas (Inactive).
- Type — All types / Públicas (Public) / Privadas (Private).
Each route shows its name, status badge (Activa or Inactiva), and current occupancy.
Creating a route
Section titled “Creating a route”- Press + Nueva ruta.
- Fill in the route name and basic details.
- Configure the behavior options (see below).
- Save so it appears in the list.
To draw the route path on the map, use the Editar ruta en mapa button on the route card.
Route behavior options
Section titled “Route behavior options”When creating or editing a route, you will find options that control how drivers and passengers interact:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Requiere aprobación | The driver must approve each boarding. The passenger waits for confirmation before boarding. |
| Conductor gestiona sube/baja | The driver can change from the mobile app whether a passenger boards or alights at any stop. Useful when a passenger’s original plan may change during the trip. |
Both options are independent and can be enabled in any combination.
Available actions per route
Section titled “Available actions per route”In the options menu (···) of each route you will find:

| Compartir ruta | Generates a shareable link for passengers. |
| Generar QR | Opens the route access QR code. |
| Editar datos | Edit the route name and general data. |
| Eliminar | Permanently removes the route from the system. |
Route statuses
Section titled “Route statuses”- Activa — Route is visible to drivers and passengers in the apps.
- Inactiva — Route is hidden from all apps.
