This flow defines who operates each unit and helps prevent availability conflicts.

Section titled “Recommended flow”
  1. Open the Asignaciones module.
  2. In the Conductor ↔ Unidad tab, click + Conductor → Unidad.
  3. In the Asignar conductor a unidad modal, select Unidad and Conductor.
  4. Confirm with Asignar conductor.
  5. Verify the assignment appears in the list grouped by unit.

Key screen elements:

  • Search box: Buscar por conductor, unidad o placa…
  • Per-record action: Desasignar
  • Per-unit button: + Agregar otro conductor

Recommendations

Section titled “Recommendations”
  • Avoid assigning the same unit to overlapping windows.
  • Recheck key changes before service starts.
  • Update assignments early when incidents happen.
  • To release a unit quickly, use Desasignar from the active assignment record.
