Driver App · Manual boarding
Use this flow to confirm boardings by selecting passengers manually.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”- QR is temporarily unavailable.
- Passengers are listed as expected.
- Boarding is verified directly at the stop.
Recommended flow
Section titled “Recommended flow”- Open the Pasajeros esperados screen from the list action during operation.
- Find the passenger in the Esperando section.
- Tap the passenger card and review the Confirmar abordaje dialog.
- Tap Confirmar abordaje to register manual boarding.
- Verify status update (for example from Esperando to A bordo).
- Continue with the next passenger.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Confirm passenger identity before registering.
- Prefer QR when available for faster operation.
- If registration fails, retry from the same list after pull-to-refresh.
