Main terms

Route A company-managed path. Across the apps it can expose actions such as Tracking en vivo or show a Código de acceso.

Stop Point where the vehicle can pick up or drop off passengers within the route.

Subscription Relationship between a passenger or dependent and a route. In the app it commonly appears with states such as Pendiente, Activa, or Rechazada.

Subscription request Request sent to join a route from search, onboarding, or an invitation.

Boarding Record of entering the vehicle. In Passenger it is tied to Mi QR de abordaje, while Driver uses boarding flows to register it.

Alighting Record of a passenger or dependent leaving the vehicle.

Boarding QR Code shown to register boarding. In Passenger it appears as Mi QR de abordaje or QR de tutelado.

Dependent A person managed from Mis Tutelados by a responsible passenger.

Driver User who operates routes and can appear under Conductores activos during passenger tracking.

Company admin User responsible for routes, drivers, vehicles, and approvals inside a company.

Referral link Personal URL used to invite people. In Passenger and Driver it is managed through Invita y gana, Crear enlace, Nuevo enlace, and Ver referidos.

Access code Code used to find routes or validate invitations. In Passenger it appears as Código de acceso de la ruta.

Tracking en vivo Live route tracking screen. It can show connection states such as Conectando…, Reconectando…, or Sin conexión.

Mis rutas suscritas Passenger section where active route subscriptions are listed and where route detail or tracking is opened.
