Driver App · Location and permissions
The app requires location permissions to operate correctly during an active route.
Consent screen
Section titled “Consent screen”Before tracking, Ubicación en Tiempo Real appears with:
- What data is collected
- When location is shared
- Who can see it
- How to disable tracking
You can open Ver Política de Privacidad and continue with Continuar.
Note: this flow may also appear during onboarding as Ubicación en Tiempo Real to request OS permission immediately.
If permission is denied
Section titled “If permission is denied”The app may show states such as:
- Ubicación Desactivada
- Ubicación No Disponible
And actions:
- Ir a Configuración
- Continuar sin ubicación
Main impact: you will not be able to start a route with full tracking.
Location settings
Section titled “Location settings”In the Ubicación section, you can review:
- Consentimiento
- Permisos del Dispositivo
- Servicios de ubicación
- Ubicación (en uso)
- Ubicación (siempre)
- Notificaciones
- Optimización de batería
You can also use Abrir Configuración del Dispositivo.
You can manage consent using:
- Otorgar consentimiento
- Revocar consentimiento
Relation to operations
Section titled “Relation to operations”When you start a route, the app validates permissions. If everything is correct, continue with Route operations and Trip lifecycle.
