Admin Web - Company Settings

The Settings screen lets you manage your company data, update your personal profile, and change your password. This is your central hub for identity and preference management in Util Transport.

Access this section from the main menu. You’ll see two main columns on large devices (or stacked on mobile):

Edit the information that identifies your company in the system:

  • Company name * (required): Your company’s legal or business name
  • Description: Free text describing what your company does
  • Contact email: Email address for passenger or partner inquiries
  • Phone: Company contact number

Below you’ll find the Public company toggle, which controls whether your company appears in the company directory (when enabled, other users can discover you).

“Save company” button: Confirms all changes to company data. The system shows a saving state while processing.

Key validation: El nombre de la empresa es requerido.

  • Full name: Your name as an administrator
  • Email address: Your email address (disabled; you cannot modify it here)

“Save profile” button: Saves changes to your personal information.

Typical confirmation: Perfil actualizado.

  • New password: Minimum 6 characters
  • Confirm password: Repeat of the new password

“Change password” button: Applies the password change securely.

Common validations:

  • La contraseña debe tener al menos 6 caracteres
  • Las contraseñas no coinciden
  • Success: Contraseña actualizada correctamente
  1. Access Settings from the menu
  2. Edit Company data if you need to change name, description, or contact
  3. Toggle Public company on or off depending on whether you want to appear in the directory
  4. Update your Full name in “Your profile” if needed
  5. Change your Password if desired (recommended periodically)
  6. Click the relevant Save button for each section
  7. Observe the successful save confirmation
  • Public company: A public company will be visible to passengers searching for routes; a private one only accepts directly invited passengers
  • Contact email: Make sure it’s an email you verify regularly, as it may be used for important communications
  • Password security: Change your password regularly and use a strong combination (uppercase, lowercase, numbers)
  • Company name: Once saved, changes will reflect across the entire platform (routes, billing, etc.)
