2. Service Description

Util Transport is a digital ecosystem composed of a web admin panel, a mobile app for drivers, and a mobile app for passengers. The service includes fleet management, GPS tracking, passenger management, and communication tools.

3. User Accounts

You must confirm your email when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. The different roles (administrator, co-administrator, driver, titular passenger, tutored passenger) have specific permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform exclusively for the legitimate management of transport operations. You must not attempt to access data from other companies, manipulate location data, or use the service for illegal activities.

5. Plans and Billing

Plans have different levels of functionality and capacity. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

Util Transport, its design, features, and technology are the property of UTILAPPS. Your company's data belongs to you and you can request its export at any time.
