How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your Util Transport account: 1) Send an email to info@utilapps.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. 2) Include the full name and email address associated with your account. 3) Specify the name of the company or organization you belong to on the platform. 4) Our team will verify your identity and process your request within 15 business days. 5) You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted: your personal profile information (name, email, phone number), your login credentials, your in-app preferences and settings, GPS location history associated with your routes, and notification history.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for a limited period or permanently for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes: aggregated and anonymized operational records (route logs, trip history) may be retained for up to 3 years to comply with transportation regulatory requirements; billing and invoicing records may be retained for up to 5 years in accordance with applicable tax and accounting laws; data required to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations may be retained as long as necessary.
Important Notes
Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the Util Transport platform with the same credentials. If you are an administrator, please ensure you transfer ownership of your organization before requesting deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription — please cancel your subscription before requesting account deletion.
